Powered by a Variable Automatic Resistance (VAR) system, the RC-300 offers 1–16 levels of magnetic resistance, plus 12 preset programs, a Watts program, an HRC program, and a custom user mode—so your workout grows with your fitness level. A 6 kg heavy-duty cast iron magnetic flywheel delivers smooth, steady pedalling through a durable belt drivetrain and 3-piece forged steel crank system.
Track every session on the large LCD console, which displays time, speed, distance, calories, RPM, watts, and pulse in real time. Built-in hand pulse sensors and multiple training modes help you stay in control of intensity and progress.
Engineered for stability and comfort, the RC-300 features a tubular steel frame, transport wheels, and floor levellers for easy positioning at home. The recumbent seat adjusts forwards and backwards with a quick-release lever, supporting a pedal-to-seat range of 58–75 cm and seat height range of 55–58 cm for a tailored fit.
With a maximum user weight of 150 kg and a net weight of 47 kg, it’s built solid for long-term home use. Compact yet supportive at 170 cm x 66.5 cm x 110 cm (L x W x H), it delivers a gym-quality cardio experience without the strain of upright cycling.
