Each box is foam-padded on all six sides, providing a firm and stable surface for challenging plyometric exercises, yet soft enough to protect your shins in case of a misstep.

Easily adjust the box to three height settings—20, 24, and 30 cm—using the included 18-ounce vinyl cover with printed markers to indicate the selected height. This adjustable design makes the Foam Games Box suitable for multiple fitness levels, allowing safe, effective, and progressive training for every athlete.

IMPORTANT: Foam Plyo boxes should NOT be used on any smooth flooring (wood, smooth concrete, tile, etc).

Once received and verified to be in the condition specified, refund is only of the item value minus 15% restocking fee (not including initial shipping).
